Gauges allow you to monitor critical engine systems like Oil pressure, Air Fuel, Boot levels and more. Keeping an eye on how your engine is critical as on track day or daily driving you can keep any eye for problems. EGT can be running to hot, Oil pressure is low or your running lean with air / fuel. All these aspects are vital to a properly tuned engine.
Gauges come in a few sizes 45mm, 52mm, 60mm, 80mm. Meters can be mounted anywhere from an A-pillar pod or a steering column. even in dash with custom modifications or replacement dash panels.
Some gauges can offer recording of gague movements on the controller unit over time that allows for playback. This will let you keep your eyes on the track and not on your gauges. you can review them later or even upload them to your PC!
